Our client is currently seeking a HR Manager for their operations in Mongolia

Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate appropriate recruitment and selection strategies
- Recommend and establish company HR policies and procedures
- Organizational development
- Employee relations
- Compensation and benefits administration

Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- At least 5 years’ experience in HR
- Strong time management skills
- Strong strategic and management skills

Supply Manager- Mongolia

Our client is currently seeking a supply manager for their operations in Mongolia

Responsibilities:
- Contract administration and negotiation
- Initiate and effect supply chain, logistics, materials requirement planning and procurement strategies
- Develop and deliver purchasing and inventory reports, bid proposals, requirements documentation, and tender documents
- Manage the inbound and outbound supply chain function maximizing resource utilization

Requirements:
- Relevant Degree or Diploma in Commerce
- Purchasing experience
- Experience with development and use of variable budgets; familiar with basic accounting principles
