HR Manager- Mongolia

Our client is currently seeking a HR Manager for their operations in Mongolia

Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate appropriate recruitment and selection strategies
- Recommend and establish company HR policies and procedures
- Organizational development
- Employee relations
- Compensation and benefits administration

Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- At least 5 years’ experience in HR
- Strong time management skills
- Strong strategic and management skills
