Our client is currently seeking a Procurement Manager for Northern Asia to coordinate supply activities between requestors on the mine site and procurement department in main office.

Responsibilities:
Receives, records and process all monthly orders for department departments
Provide information to requestors about status of their orders
Coordinate communication between Requestors and Warehouse personnel about timely reordering of inventory
Advise and train requestors about proper supply procedures
Overview process of ordering by requestors and provide guidance, training and mentoring as necessary
Ensure that all stakeholders comply with the approved supply procedures


Requirements:
College / University diploma
Three years of experience in supply chain management
Knowledge and experience with distribution operating systems and logistics
Knowledge and experience using various computer systems.
Experience with development and use of variable budgets; familiar with basic accounting principles
Working knowledge of ERP systems would be an advantage
Professional certification would be an advantage
